Refunds

Money back,no theatre.

A fair window, a human on the other end of the request, and no dark patterns in the cancel flow. If a charge does not feel right, write to us and we will make it right.

Refund policy

The short version

Six plain-language commitments.

  • Email [email protected] within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. No survey, no retention call, no hoop to jump through. One sentence is enough.

  • Monthly plans are refundable in full for the first billing cycle. After that, cancel any time from settings and billing; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

  • Annual plans are refundable in full within 30 days of the initial purchase, and pro-rated for the unused months after that if you cancel mid-term and write in to ask.

  • Usage charges and one-time add-ons are refundable if something went wrong on our side (failed audit, a run that returned garbage, a bug we own). They are not refundable simply because you changed your mind after the work ran.

  • If a payment looks wrong to you, reach out before you file a chargeback. Chargebacks are expensive for both of us, and in almost every case a quick email gets the same result faster.

  • Refunds land on the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We cannot route a refund to a different card or account.

How to ask

One email, one human, no script.

Write to [email protected] from the email on your account. Include the invoice number or the last four digits of the card if you have them handy; it speeds things up, but it is not required. You do not have to explain why.

A human on the team replies, confirms the amount, and pushes the refund through our billing provider. Refunds land on the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We will also cancel the subscription at the same time if you ask us to; otherwise it keeps running so nothing breaks mid-audit.

If something about a charge is genuinely confusing (a duplicate, a currency conversion you did not expect, a seat you thought was removed), say so. We would rather sort it out over email than read about it in a chargeback notice.
